  • Step1: Please provide your SPARK system PEN Number and Captcha.
  • Step2: You will receive an OTP in your SPARK mobile number. Enter the OTP and Captcha again
  • Step3: If successful authentication, the details will be displayed.
  • Final Step: Please choose the district, the Local Body and save the information. The ARO login will be created, The username shall be your SPARK PEN number.
This facility can only be used by municipalities and corporations. Otherwise, EROs can switch their role to ARO in their profile, Please do not misuse this facility, all the activities are being logged, Legal action will be taken for misusing this platform
